In today’s era of constant data collection, humans have transformed into Living Antennas.
We are endlessly transmitting and receiving signals. This reconfiguration reflects a shift toward a post-human reality, where the boundaries between humans and machines blur, turning us into data in a vast interconnected network. Once confined to the limits of our physical bodies, our thoughts are now stretched into orbit, entwined with satellites and digital systems. We push, press, and nudge unwanted information into the world, like sad machines, suspended in air, trying to contact people.

These transmissions are not gentle
They press down, into flesh, forging something new - a mechanized hum of standing reserve and behavioral capital.
We push, press, and nudge unwanted information into the world.
Naive Magic is a video that examines our relationship with technology and its role within the larger framework of technocapitalism. Through ritualized movements, misuse, and occult-like atmospheres, point-of-sale terminals and transaction keyboards are stripped from their usual context, revealing their otherworldly qualities when placed against natural landscapes. The soundtrack, composed by manipulating the sounds of point-of-sale transaction approval notifications, evokes the pervasive hum of technocapitalism as it echoes across the contemporary landscape.
